CEL-MAR company was established in June 1990 as a one-man business.
In 1993 the company CEL-MAR obtained a concessionaire responsible for operating the Customs Agency as the first in the region of Kielce (now Świętokrzyskie).
The business activities was primarily service of international trade of businesses and private individuals.
In 1996 the company CEL-MAR has been transformed into civil partnership - CEL-MAR s.c.
Transformation into a public company CEL-MAR sp.j. occurred in 2001.
Over the years of activity, ours professional service and experience we have gained the trust of many customers.

After the Polish accession to the EU in 2004, the Customs Agency CEL-MAR in order to comprehensive and efficient customer service, has implemented a number of systems for electronic document exchange with Customs:
  • 2004.05.01 - Celina WEB-CEL system, for standard procedures:

    - issuing customs documents and transport SAD, SAD-BIS,
    - issuing Certificates of Origin, EUR.1, CMR, TIR carnet, CIM, SMGS,

  • 2004.05.01 - Celina OPUS system, for simplified procedures:

    - issuing customs documents and transport SAD, SAD-BIS,
    - issuing Certificates of Origin, EUR.1, CMR, Karnet TIR, CIM, SMGS,

  • 2004.05.01 - INTRASTAT system, preparation of a declaration, preparing invoices intra-Community WDT & WNT
  • 2005.07.18 - NCTS system, customs clearance in transit,
  • 2005.09.01 - ZEFIR system, settlements Customs & Tax and Finance & Accounting, is an information system, comprehensively supporting all matters related to finance and accounting Polish Customs Service,
  • 2005.09.01 - OSOZ system, service of customs guarantee and permits. Provides for a system Celina, NCTS, Zefir and others, access to electronic services required by these systems in the operation and settlement guarantees and security,
  • 2007.07.31 - ECS system, export customs clearance,
  • 2009.06.02 - participate in the program Reliable Company,
  • 2010.08.13 - have obtained AEO certificate,
  • 2015.09.01 - we introduced service of the PUESC Platform.
